壓濾機進料泵葉輪該怎么更換

　　壓濾機進料泵葉輪分一級葉輪、二級葉輪、副葉輪，其中一二級葉輪起導(dǎo)流輸送液體作用，副葉輪主起來密封密封作用。一二級葉輪長期使用造成磨損，影響泵的效率，需更換新件，副葉輪磨損少使用壽命長，通常不需要更換。
 
　　在出現(xiàn)以下幾種情況下之一，應(yīng)更換新的葉輪：
 
　　一、葉輪開裂或表面出現(xiàn)裂紋。
 
　　二、葉輪表面因腐蝕、浸蝕或汽蝕而形成較多的孔眼。
 
　　三、葉輪的口環(huán)輪轂發(fā)生較嚴(yán)重的偏磨現(xiàn)象，無修復(fù)價值者。
 
　　四、葉輪蓋板及葉片等變薄，影響了機械強度。
 
　　在新葉輪買來后，先要檢查葉輪的外觀，是否平整、是否有砂眼、裂痕等，確保新葉輪無質(zhì)量問題的。其次要進行動平衡實驗，保證葉輪更換后不會出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)偏，泵不會出現(xiàn)震動嚴(yán)重。由于客戶一般都不會配備專業(yè)的實驗設(shè)備，所以鼎千泵業(yè)的葉輪配件在出廠時已經(jīng)做過平衡實驗，保證客戶裝上后能正常運行。
 
　　更換葉輪首先要拆泵，卸下?lián)p壞的老葉輪。這里應(yīng)該注意的一點是，壓濾機泵葉輪固定在泵軸上采用的反絲，即與水泵轉(zhuǎn)動的方向相反，這樣的好處是越轉(zhuǎn)越緊，拆卸和安裝葉輪的時候一定要按照正確的方向操作。
