　　清洗壓濾機水垢的方法。壓濾機在長期的壓濾過程中，由于物料中的水分長期沉積會造成水垢現(xiàn)象。雖然我們會定期歲壓濾機進行清洗工作，然而卻不能好好清干凈。水垢現(xiàn)象回應性壓濾機的過濾效率，影響過濾的質量。因此，在壓濾機使用中一定要做好水垢的清洗工作，下面我們主要講一下清洗壓濾機水溝的方法。

 
 
　　1、將壓濾機設備鋁板底部開一排小孔，這樣可以將一部分的濾液由濾板底部排出，并且使水渣不再沉積。隨著循環(huán)過濾的進行，會加大底部空間，可以有效解決水垢問題。
 
　　2、通過輔助設備增加壓濾機濾液排出速度，速度較大的情況下能夠帶動液體中的沉積物，減少水垢現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。
 
　　3、對壓濾機濾室底部進行改造。濾室內的水渣智能通過流管流出，而流管前后升降位置高低直接影響濾液能否排除，所以對流管位置進行調整也是防止壓濾機水垢現(xiàn)象的一種方式。
